Skiing!

I grew up skiing every Saturday- my dad would drop me off at the bottom of the canyons and we would take a bus and go to ski school all day until 5 and we would listen to npr on the way home! That was most of my Saturdays in the winters growing up in Utah. I loved every second of it. Now that we live in 70 degrees all year round, we have to make the extra push to give our kids some exposure to that white stuff that falls on the ground!

Steve's favorite childhood dive is Crown Burger- and he had to take the kids to try the best that grease has to offer!

On our way to the slopes, we visited our dear friends who used to live with us at Stanford.

We rented a place to stay for a few nights, and Steve's mom took care of Sebastian- which was so so nice of her!

All bundled up! Notice, no snow on the ground!!

Super comfy when you are padded up like that!

He wants to hit the slopes too, but alas... in a few years!

Skiing is the best date in the world- especially when the kids are having as much fun as you are are in ski school!

This girl was a natural- especially because her center of gravity was so low to the ground! French Fries, pizza....

 A great pic.

I loved skiing with this girl- she loved to do jumps!

She is a viking girl through and through- never gets cold- ever.

Taking the tram up the mountain was pretty fun for the girls since they were on the kids slopes.

A perfect day of skiing ended off with an 80's band... super great memory.
