This sweet girl was baptized when she turned 8. It was such a sweet experience for all of us, and I didn't expect it to hit me so hard! She is such a spiritual child and such a go getter. She is my right arm. She is mature, deep, thoughtful, caring. She is a true leader with a gift to ease other's fears and teach complex concepts. She will do great things- I know it, and am grateful to be her mother. I am so proud of her choices everyday, and was so proud of her this day. When Steve was saying the prayer to baptize her, tears were flowing down my cheeks, and Steve was choking up- a sweet and sacred experience we are truly blessed with.
