Maddie's science fair

This year, unlike kinder, Maddie decided to enter the science fair with an experiment about how salt changes the boiling temperature of water. I seriously felt bad for her because Steve and I had to do the experiment 3 times to verify the results (because we were getting crazy conclusions probably because our measurement techniques were below par.) But, finally, we were satisfied with what we got. Next year, we need something a little more interesting and simple for just Maddie to do on her own without us bickering in the background :)
